What we collect
Details you give us
When you book an intro session, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your answers to the questions in the booking form, a short description of the product or service you offer.
- The session time you choose.
- Whether you’ve asked for appointment reminders by text message.
Details collected automatically
When you use this website, we collect basic information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how much of the video you watch, your browser and device type, and roughly where you’re visiting from.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Arrange your intro session and contact you about it, including reminder emails the day before and 30 minutes before.
- Prepare for the session, so we can make the most of your time.
- Put together a proposal for you, if we both think we’re a good fit.
- Understand how people use this website, so we can improve it.
If we decide not to work together, we won’t use your details for anything else, and we never use them for unrelated marketing.
Text messages
We only text you if you tick “Text me a reminder 30 minutes before” when you book (available for Australian mobile numbers). That message is a reminder about your session, nothing else.
Texting is optional, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If we work together, we keep it for as long as you’re a client. If we decide not to proceed, we delete it within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and protect it from misuse or loss.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time. Just email us at krishan@bonsaisolutions.com.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Updated” date at the top of this page.
